Young scientists at work

Fifth and sixth graders experimenting with photo voltaic (pv) cells. After building creative structures with pv cells and motors, the kids investigated factors that affect the efficiency of their systems.

Third and fourth graders taking a closer look at plant structures. They studied seeds, roots, stems, leaves, stomata and flowers.

First and second graders busy building their very first versions of rube Goldberg machines, and enjoying their coding experiences. The kids had to program each other - write codes for someone else to achieve a simple task, such as walking 4 steps and grabbing a book.
